Risk Factors
- Obesity
- Hypotension
Management:
- Maintain catheter in place to deliver medications if indicated
- Thoroughly evaluate medications administered through this catheter
- Evaluate severity of injury (soft compartments, neuro-vascular exam)
- Treat pain and symptoms
- Administer directed therapy
