  2. Follow at clinic codes F1, 9W, 9U
  3. Clinics
    1. Family Medicine
    2. Willmington
    3. Lomita
    4. Venice Family Clinic (Rose Ave Locaiton Only)

FM Clinic F2 does NOT go to FM

  • Can admit to ICU
    • C-Team patients go to c-team (not FM)

    1. Enter MRN
      1. Enter FROM date t-999
      2. Enter through date t999
        1. Look for clinics F1, 9W, 9U
