Penn's educational philosophy is to provide outstanding opportunity and mentorship to our trainees. Penn wants graduates to become leaders in their respective career paths. The four-year curriculum allows residents a greater breadth and depth of clinical experience, with unparalleled exposure to pediatrics and critical care.
